Magic Trick

Setup:

1. On a piece of paper, write: 35,831,459,437,077,415,617,853,819.
2.Write this on another piece of paper: __,___,___,___,___,___,___,___,___.

Instructions:

1. Hand a friend the piece of paper with the number on it. Tell him/her that you     have memorized the number and that you would like that person to test you.
2. (the secret:)All you have to do is remember the first two digits. Write them on     the first blank. After that you just mentally add them together. Write the sum as     the next digit.
3. Now add the last two digits to get the next. (If the sum is 10 or above, write     down only the number in the ones place.)
4. Continue adding the last two digits to find the next until you have written the     entire number and filled up the blanks. It should end up looking like this:

35,831,459,437,077,415,617,853,819!!!
