managed the collaboration process among a group of 50 elementary educators
in Plano, Texas and multimedia development groups around the U.S. and
in Israel for production of 26 educational CD-ROM
titles.
- Many of these products
have won awards for excellence in educational
software, including the 1999 Texas Interactive Media Award.
- Managed and negotiated
collaboration between the Plano Independent School District and my company
on all software development issues, from initial product concept through
all review stages to final approval.
- Collaborated on
instructional design for all 26 products.
- Conducted detailed
review of all development stages before client review and prepared successful
client review strategies to maximize product quality and client satisfaction
while minimizing changes in software.
- Planned, organized
and managed on-site beta and final testing for all products.
- Continued in this
capacity through two acquisitions of the original company, Edunetics,
when it was purchased by Steck-Vaughn and then by Harcourt General.
Maintained the only consistent contact with the client through both
of these transitions.
