I'm an award-winning interactive and instructional designer with more than 20 years experience. In my current position, I'm a senior instructional designer with Intuition, an international learning company.

For 12 years prior to joining Intuition I was an independent consultant focusing on instructional design for e-learning projects, as well as needs assessment and overall learning strategy for organizations.

I've also been a production manager for an educational software company, and a project manager for custom computer-based training starting back in the days of four-color CGA graphics.
